Prior to joining Northwest Community Bank, Andre served as the VP/Controller at Florence Bank, a community bank located in Western Massachusetts. He started in the banking industry as a Financial Institution Specialist at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation where he was federally commissioned as a Financial Institution Risk Management Examiner. Andre studied and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Central Connecticut State University. He currently serves on the Finance Committee at the Hampshire Regional YMCA and volunteers for various roles in local youth sports leagues. Andre is a life-long resident of Connecticut and currently resides in Broad Brook, CT with his wife Nicole Motulski and their three children.
